Healing Hands of Mercy Massage Foundation (HHMMF) was established as result of a goal Joey Gall had while she was recovering from a life-threatening illness.

HHMMF, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, started during Joey's recovery in May and June of 2008. After her experience in the hospital, she realized how many people have needs that may not be met with traditional medical treatment or covered by insurance. Once she realized this, it became her mission to provide free massage therapy to those in need.

Jennifer Wing, LMT Massage WoRxJennifer became a Licensed Massage Therapist after she became injured herself, and felt massage's many benefits, first-hand. When you meet her, you quickly realize how passionate she is about the healing & wellness benefits of massage. She truly loves to see the peace & comfort massage brings others. Jen's office is located at Massage WoRx in Farmington. Jen specializes in Relaxation and Therapeutic Massages, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Pregnancy, Lomi Lomi, and also enjoys offering onsite chair Massage. She is continually adding to her skills through continuing education. Jen received her training at Lexington Healing Arts Academy and Bonita Springs School of Massage. She was also formerly licensed in Florida & Maine, as well as Nationally Certified. **Jessica McGrew, M.Ed., LMT**
While in her Master's degree in Special Education, and under the tutelage of a veteran massage therapist, Jessica researched the effects of massage on people with disabilities. After over a decade of working with families and individuals with exceptionalities, and having developed a healthy addiction to massage therapy, she moved to Hot Springs and changed careers. Jessica completed her massage training at Arkansas Therapeutic Massage Institute and Spa in 2017, has worked in spas, a chiropractic office, a counseling center, and a senior residential community. Her style is nurturing, holistic, and trauma-informed, and she can incorporate aromatherapy, cupping, skin brushing, and stretching into the massage session. She is also certified in Yomassage, a massage modality applied with the client fully clothed involving mindful breathing and restorative yoga poses. Jessica is most eager to work with clients who recognize bodywork as a part of their wellness journey. She generalizes the principles she learned in her career in disability in creating individualized massage therapy sessions for clients, understanding that everyBODY is different. She prides herself on listening with her eyes, ears, hands, and heart to create an experience where clients feel heard in body, mind, and soul.

She is well-versed in a variety of modalities, and she is always learning as much as she can to improve her techniques. Her passion for the geriatric community has been essential in her work with HHMMF, and she is very sensitive to the extra care and needs that come with this specific demographic. Itzel is also bilingual, which helps us reach an additional population. Her quiet disposition, gentle presence, and faith have made her a staple when working with hospice patients and their families. Itzel is our most "traveled" therapist, as it seems no location is too far for her to go in NWA. **Josie McMillan, MMT**
Josie grew up in the NWA area and now resides in Bella Vista, AR. She received her education at Blue Cliff College and holds a Master Massage Therapy License. She is versed in Neuromuscular Technique, Deep Tissue, Stretches, Reflexology, Best, and Craniosacral Therapy. She is currently pursuing her bachelors, then masters, in Dietetics and Nutrition and also working toward her Certificate for Personal Training and Certificate for Corrective Exercises.
Josie has always been a people person and she enjoys helping others; the relief and satisfaction her patients have after a session, makes it very rewarding for her.

**Bianca Dover LMT,**
My name is Bianca Dover, I am 26 yrs old and a mother to two beautiful kiddos. I work out of two Arkansas locations: Bentonville and Gentry. I graduated from Blue Cliff College in July 2020. During school I finished an internship with Highlands Oncology and shortly after I began working in a clinic with my clients as well as working with college athletes. I am passionate about helping clients find balance in their life whether it's physically or mentally. As life tends to be chaotic and messy, I fully understand how everyone needs a little help. I originally was going to school for physical therapy/athletic training but I found so much reward through massage therapy after seeing the benefits for myself and others. Many of my new clients leave with the impression " small but mighty" as I do a lot of deep tissue work but I also incorporate Neuromuscular therapy and trigger point work. Jonathan Hess, LMT

Jonathan has been providing massage therapy for 10 years. He loves the satisfaction of seeing people come out after a massage feeling better than when they came in. He has a peaceful spirit and a calming presence. A master of deep and relaxing massage, he gently works into the deeper areas in a way to keep his clients relaxed. He enjoys working with shoulder and hip issues, looking for the root cause of issues. He focuses on the flow of the massage, allowing clients to get lost in the place between awake and sleep.

**Daría Barrera, LMT**
Graduated in 2021 from Black Brook School of Massage at Fayetteville, AR. I’ve been a license massage therapist for over a year. The modalities in which I am trained in include Creative Healing, Pre-natal, hot stones, deep tissue and Swedish, but I prefer giving therapeutic massages. This type of massage works the problem areas while still allowing for relaxation.
It is my passion to assist and help people and I am so excited to accomplish this by using my skills.

Join Our Team

We are looking for licensed massage therapists to join Our HHMMF Team. Our therapists are paid $45/hour for in-studio massages; $55/hour (+ mileage) for travel massages; and $25/hour (+ mileage) for chair massages.

HHMMF Massage Therapists are expected to attend and participate in quarterly meetings, as well as participate in at least one fundraiser a year.
